Welcome to The Roost Rotisserie - your homegrown, premium, from-the-earth kitchen developed by a local husband & wife team setting out to provide what we like to call an affordable luxury experience focusing on free range, hormone and antibiotic-free, fresh, locally-sourced chicken served in good oI' rotisserie fashion.
Eat ORGANIC! eat healthy!
Beyond the rotisserie, we also craft our own salads, sandwiches, burgers, sides and sauces all of which are handmade and using the finest, most wholesome ingredients.
Fussy kids? No problem! Since we are owned by parents, our food is perfectly curated with kids in mind which is why their menu is filled with fun and healthy options.
It is no wonder we won Leading Healthy Restaurant awards on three separate occasions and have been dubbed the “best chicken in Dubai!”
